We accept all valid, signed bank checks as a donation. Please mail checks to our address at Unitary America, Inc. – Suite 367, 35A Smithfield Blvd. Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Please make the check payable to: Unitary America, Inc. Please make sure to enclose a copy of a completed DONOR FORM (required) for your donation. Checks are preferred.
