Our leadership is determined, ambitious, and purpose-driven to help our organization accomplish its goals of uniting, building, developing, and creating worthwhile communities – and making America better as a result.
Garrett Monette
Leader of Unitary America
Our leader is Garrett Monette – a local resident of rural upstate New York. Garrett has always been involved in his community, and has had a passion to help his community, his county, his state, and his country. Garrett is pioneering this organization, leading the charge towards a better future – creating an organization that will unify, help, and improve his country. Unitary America is Garrett’s passion project: he is invested totally in seeing this organization succeed.
When not leading Unitary America, he spends his time hiking, fishing, hunting, mountaineering, and cross-country skiing.

Aden Leavitt
Chief Media Officer
Our Chief Media Officer is Aden Leavitt – upstate New York born and raised. Aden is a proud member of the U.S. Armed Forces, and has always been interested in promoting policies that work for his community. Aden has been with Unitary America since it first was founded – and is determined to see it grow. Aden is responsible for any media by Unitary America.
In his free time, he spends his time weightlifting, photographing, and hiking.

Joseph Johnson
Chief Security Officer & Treasurer
Our Chief Security Officer and Treasurer is Joseph Johnson – a New York native. Joseph has always been advocating and working for his community – he was a former New York State Youth Councilman from 2022 to 2025, and is a current member of the NYS Youth Justice Institute. Joseph is determined to see this organization succeed, and is a valuable member of Unitary America.
Joseph ensures the safety of Unitary America and its members, and is the chief advisor on security policy.

Jackson Marshall
Chief Recruiting Officer
Our Chief Recruiting Officer is Jackson Marshall – a proud rural upstate New York native. Jackson comes from a small town – and has always wanted to see his upstate New York grow and develop. Jackson is a devoted member of Unitary America, working on promoting recruitment, and increasing membership. Jackson is responsible for seeing Unitary America grow.

Our supporters realize that we are small, but despite this, commit themselves to our vision and our future. We are united by our common goal, and we are determined to achieve this. We are willing to be the advocate for our communities. We believe in our mission and we believe in our future.

Our donors are small – they give what they can to build better communities and a better future. We favor actual community members who benefit from our work. We are rooted in our communities – this is where we find our support from. We are an organization defined by those within – people uniting together to build a better future, a better America. Our donors help our organization, and help us succeed.
VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers are our most committed supporters. They sacrifice their time for their communities. They volunteer at our events, run our programs, and help advocate for our future. Our volunteers are motivated, ambitious, and utterly exceptional. They are the supporters who stand for what they believe in. They stand by our principle of “action, not words” and act. Words without action are nothing but words. They act for their communities, so that their fellow community members can benefit.
